Livestock Genetics and Animal Health
Through our partner network we contract specialist genetics groups and breeding centres in New Zealand to source quality genetics and live animals. We ensure consideration is paid to geographic, climatic and feed factors to ensure the appropriateness of breeds for purpose and thus better farm performance
Tranzfutura is also able to source specialized livestock or assist with genetic improvement of existing herds.
Training and Education
The successful transfer of knowledge and practices is vital to establishing high performing farms. That's why Tranzfutura offers specialized training programs in areas from animal care, health and welfare, nutrition and reproduction, to pasture management as well as breeding and herd management.
Our relationships with agricultural universities in New Zealand ensure we have access to highly qualified educators, with global experience. We offer practical training programs and customised seminars as well as university accredited courses.
Tranzfutura's university accredited courses can be completed by distance learning (via the internet). Postgraduate studies must be completed in New Zealand.
Farm Development
Agri Parks are Tranzfutura's premiere product. The parks offer Governments and commercial clients a way to establish dairy and meat production in their own regions.
Agri Parks offer vertically integrated food production systems - “from gate to plate." The system allows clients to control all aspects of production from setting up appropriate farm models - to suit geography and production targets, selecting live stock genetics to the establishment of dairy or meat processing operations, all under International brand specifications.
